Now on Play Store, share on Hot Spot, improved sharing experience and more

it’s Alex. I have heard all your feature requests and improvements you have suggested for Ubidrop. Here is what’s new since the last product update:

🛍 Ubidrop now available on the Google Play Store

You can now download Ubidrop straight from the Google Play Store. All future updates will be distributed straight from Google’s official app store.

📡 Share files on Android’s Hotspot

You can now share files without having to connect to your home’s WiFi network. Simply turn on your Android’s Hot Spot and have your Mac connect to it.

You will then be able to share files using Ubidrop as usual.

🍬 Improved Sharing experience on Android

Sharing files to your Mac from your Android will now show you how long it takes for the transfer to be complete.

The desktop app will get this soon too.

I have added support to Android 13. The app will now ask your permission to post notifications in order to notify you on incoming files.
